Dr. Ugochi Genevieve Okoro, MD

Never there when she needs to. When my daughter is sick it shouldn't take 2 weeks to get help. Always have to take her to a minute clinic or ER. I'll be changing Dr soon

I went to see Dr Okoro because I had no DR. in the area. I had 2 medical problems and had to beg for her to do something for me. She is the most disrespectful person I have ever been around and being a doctor, how did she do it with her poor personality and poor bedside manner. What a disgrace for the community to have such a person as this. The best thing to do is send her back to Abia State, Nigeria.

I found Dr Okoro very accesible,engaging and a good listener

must have ditched the Medical school class on Bedside manner. Has none. wants to only discuss one issue per visit, probably to up the cost. seems verbally abusive. She's in the wrong occupation. Doctors are supposed to be caring, she is not. I cannot imagine having to interact with her if i had cancer, there would be no empathy. When I asked to try switching to the other doctor that practices there, office staff was rude, they wouldn't let me do it.

If you have more than one issue to discuss, she says she will discuss it at the next appointment. She is rude. When I called for medical advice it took five days to get a response. I dread going to see her and have went to the Minute Clinic for an illness.

Another terrible bedside manner. She is very rude, takes no responsibility for misinformation and seems easily overwhelmed if you have more than I medical problem.

She typed on laptop the whole time, never once did she examine my shoulder. I didn't go to get meds but for some insight to the pain I was experiencing. Didn't really listen. She has been my dr. for several years but I will be looking elsewhere for care in the future.

She took all of but MAYBE 3 min with me. And when I was telling her my problems she basically blew them off. Never NEVER again will I go to that office.
