Dr. Ujala Fawad, MD

I went to see Dr. Fawad for minor depression issues and she was and still is an excellent listener. She took the time to ask good questions and to discuss options for treatment without pressuring me to take a certain medication.

Throughout my years with Dr. Ujala Fawad, MD. I have had excellent care. I was always heard and respected as a patient. Dr. Fawad is kind, caring, and passionate about her work and I have only had pleasant experiences being treated by her.

Dr. Fawad is a great doctor that I have been seeing for 5 years and has helped me manage my depression/anxiety with complete passion and understanding. She has always taken the time to listen to my changing conditions with complete empathy. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Fawad for several years now! When I first started seeing Dr. Fawad I was a mess! I was severely depressed. She took the time to really listen to me and my problems I was facing! She was extremely patient with me! She gave me my life back!! Before Dr Fawad I had no ambition at all! Now thanks to Dr. Fawad I have my life back !!! I am eternally great full for her!!! I would never want another doctor to treat my anxiety and depression!!! I have a 6 year old daughter if it wasn’t for Dr. Fawad I wouldn’t be the mother I am today !!!!

I struggled for years finding a mental health professional I felt comfortable with safe with and more importantly who made me feel heard and validated. I have been wrongly diagnosed I have been on and off meds for things that I didn’t need. Before Fawad I felt like doctors just wanted to prescribe and prescribe fix the problem before they even evaluated what was going on. Thank god for doctor Fawad cause she really saved me, this woman listens to me and validates all of my thoughts and feelings. She is so intelligent and respectful. She is so easy to talk to…it’s a conversation I look forward to every month. She treats me with kindness and respect and I feel as though she doesn’t have that condescending manner most doctors in my experience can have. She’s super sweet and I am so grateful I was able to find such a kind brilliant human who actually cares about the patients she treats!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Fawad. She has been treating me for almost 4 years now. Right from the start Dr. Fawad spent time talking to me about my diagnosis and the recommended treatment. I know I am in it for the long haul and with Dr. Fawad by my side I know that things will be okay. She is kind and patient. And she doesn't just prescribe medicine; she takes the time to talk to me and ask me how I am and truly listens. She pushes me to give real answers (which sometimes can be tough) but that's the only way for her to know how to help me. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Fawad is a thoughtful, caring and compassionate medical professional who I highly recommend! I started seeing Dr. Fawad a few years ago shortly after being diagnosed with significant Postpartum Depression and Anxiety. During every visit Dr. Fawad takes the time to listen carefully to how I'm doing and to answer any questions that I may have. She is always so thoughtful and caring in her responses to my concerns and seems genuinely interested and invested in my well-being and mental health. While I'm sure her schedule is very full and busy, she never makes me feel rushed or like I'm just another patient. Dr. Fawad is warm and kind. She is a wonderful Psychiatrist who I could not recommend more.
