She help me alot i was dying on that time and i suffer from alot of complications. she was the one who help me motivate that i can survive. i know she is a tough Doctor but believe me, it is for your on sake. she knows what she was doing and look at me now am back on track because of her! thanks doctor Castel !!

Apparently does not read patient chart to be familiar with patients history - on each time visiting there - Does not wash hands and no sanitizer, either. Not Good. Distracted and irritatated. It's never good service from a doctor who is prideful. Will not return. The assistant Stacey is more professional and more caring!

I like the time Dr. Castel takes with me. She is caring and smart, better than my previous family physician and very informed about diabetic care. She is not afraid to consult with specialists or refer her patients to specialists as needed (never excessively). I trust her, as she always reviews my blood work with me in a brilliant way (quite a genius at reading results, actually!), communicates well, and suggests options when I raise concerns or show apprehension. She is an intuit and feels her way through problems (noticing my anxiety levels or even my mood/attitude) while using sharp logic and reason to come to the best treatment plan possible. Do your work as a patient (know how to communicate clearly/write everything down, including all symptoms and concerns, and don't waste her precious time with ambiguities) and you'll feel totally secure having Dr. Castel as your family physician, a partner in your health instead of some condescending patrician who treats you like a needy child… despite all your efforts to take ownership of your own health. I feel lucky to have found this brilliant and caring doctor.

Dr; Castel is an absolute great doctor. All of the concerns of the patient are addressed with, what the patient looks for so often, a great bedside manner.

It would actually be a pleasure to visit Dr Castel, if it weren't for the fact that I only ever go when in pain or feeling sick.

Unprofessional girls in the office gossiping about one of the patients loud enough for me to hear. i only waited 10 min.in the waiting room but almost waited 30 in the exam room, I finally when out to ask if they forgot about me. i was surprised to wait so long as no one else was in the waiting room when I arrived at either of my appointments. Maybe that should have been a clue. The Dr. seemed distracted and I had to repeat myself she seemed puzzled, was having a hard time with her computer, barely looked at me and gave me a wrong diagnosis and medication. Went back for followup but never again .. I have actually found a Dr. that is friendly, caring and knows her diagnosis. With a professional office staff. Beware !!

Dr. Castel listens. She asks questions that best bring out a diagnosis. She shows interest, she cares, concern for your well-being is her concern. I am 80 years old, I've been seeing Dr. Castel for several years, and I hope I live out my years as her patient.

Uncaring. Overworked.

I was very happily surprised on my first visit to Dr Castel's office. Her staff was so nice and welcoming. They introduced themselves and made me feel so comfortable, since I don't like Dr's offices and was nervous. The Dr was young, pretty, and very, very sweet.I really felt like her attention was on me when I went through my complicated medical history. They scheduled me for testing and really tried to work around my crazy schedule. I actually look forward to going back!
