Uma Nooka listens, keeps up on new procedures, medications, insurance coverage, and believes in proactive whole health care, not solely in reactive health care. I had tried 4 other doctors in Lincoln prior to Nooka, each one told me what I was feeling, what was going on with my body, and used absolutes without listening to my concerns. If you are with a doctor that isn't listening to you or doesn't ask you how they can help you be your best self, you might need Uma!

Dr. Nooka is amazing with regards to her care, attentiveness, rapid response with Information and action. She is direct but caring in both discussion and action on any and all health matters. I left my visit feeling knowledgeable, inspired and confident with my personal health. Dr. Nooka provides amazing care with focus on mind, body and self, a truly amazing person providing and amazing care.

If you would like to be treated with respect and have your concerns heard and validated do not go to this office. Dr.Nooka and her nurse completely dismissed my concerns and got very offended when I asked for an explanation of my care. Her nurse is very rude and not very helpful. I am in healthcare and believe patient care should be at the top of everyone's list. Often times patients are scared or nervous and it's important to make sure they know they are being taken care of and are in a safe environment. Dr.Nooka and her nurse Kristy do not provide a healing environment. Along with poor beside manner, they also do not make informed or competent medical decisions. Not once was my chart or my patient history referenced. Dr.Nooka prescribed me an antibiotic that had severe reactions with my medical conditions. This is because they don't take the time to know their patients. They simply see you as a number and money walking through the door. The quicker they can write you a… prescription the faster you're out of there not bothering them, Do not go here everyone deserves better medical care than what Dr.Nooka and Kristy can give them.
