Dr. Uma Polam, MD

Dr. Polam is a great doctor and have been my doctor my families. She is so good with follow-up and responding coordination with all your doctors. She is patient and spend time understanding your issues.

Dr. Polam is one of he worst doctors I've interacted with. She is always distracted and unresponsive. Her office staff is rude and incompetent--not surprising that Polam herself is that way. She should not be practicing here. I don't know how you all came up with a 3.9 rating of her!

Dr. Polam... Is very courteous and very polite... However, the two staff members at the front desk are awful. Neither of the two appear to have, at minimum, a high school diploma, but will (without hesitation) give incorrect medical advise, tell you what the doctor will and will not do, refuse patients request. I'm not sure if Dr. Polam is scared of the two awful emaployees or just unaware of their unfair, unkind treatment of her patients. Either way I have to find a new doctor.

Dr. Polam is very courteous and caring and spends enough time with the patient and excellent in diagnosing the disease.

Rude and unhelpful office staff. Absolutely no follow-through after lab work etc., even with phone calls. Had to come in for another appt. only to be ...
