I AGREE WITH COMMENTS ALREADY FILED. FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. AGREE WITH THE COMMENTS THAT EVERYONE ENTERING THE OFFICE IS REQUIRED TO HAVE ALL TESTS DONE BEFORE SEEING THE MD. NOT EVERYONE NEEDS THE EXACT SAME TESTING.

Dr Arora and his staff are profession medical sales people. EVERYONE who walks in the office is told of all services provided by the doctor before being seen by the doctor. I was told I would need a EKG, Eco cardiogram, sleep study and a stress test. They ran my insurance to get my portion prior to me being seen by the doctor. When is saw Dr. Arora he recommended ALL tests too. I felt very pressured to do all. Dr Arora may be a good doctor, but the high pressure sales tactic is overwhelming. How can everyone who comes in need exactly the same tests?! Plan a good 4 hours for every visit.

This office is always overcrowded and super slow. They overbook.

Doctor is excellent, he cares so much for his patients; however not the staff. They don't care much for the patient, they will never call you back if you leave a message let along support the patient in terms of releasing records to other doctor. If you send a fax, it will be IGNORED unless you call and not even then. They don't understand the urgency of the matter neither understand what you need. Staff has always been like that.

Great bedside manners, listens to his patients. You never feel rushed when wanting to talk about your health. Caring, concerned and knows his patients.

I love Dr Arora after a discourteous cardiologist visited me in hospital Dr.Arora took over my care and I've been so pleased with him and his staff

Amazing doctor takes care. Of his patients very good. Caring doctor talks to everyone.

Not only am I patient, my mother and uncle are his patients as well. He saved my uncles life when NO other cardiologist would touch him as he was very high risk. If the guy tells me I need labs or test weekly I will do it as he truly cares about his patients needs and concerns. Dr. Arora is unfairly being knocked in this article, he hold more accreditations then any cardiologist I have seen in the area or state for that matter, he does sleep studies and their is a reason, it all plays a role with each other. Our health is a road map sometimes and Dr. Arora takes the time and has the knowledge and experience to link the highways together to keep you healthy! As for unhappy organized staff, they are busy trying to help many patients, he expects the best and if you cant deliver the best he should replace you. Hands down the best, would highly recommend!
