Dr. Urban Picard is great! extracted 2 of my teeth and a wisdom tooth. Excellent job. Quick and efficient.

I called to schedule my daughter an appointment at this facility and they took my insurance information and i was told that yes my insurance is covered by them. at the time of the appointment everything was fine and once they seen my daughter and we were was on our way out the front desk guy told me I need to pay $238 because insurance did not cover. I asked why if everything was fine? and why was this not mention to me before my daughter was seen? all they said is my insurance had many branches! so I told them why was I not informed before Dr. Picard seen my daughter? all the front desk guy said was so do you want to pay it now or should I just bill it home!! Dr. Picard was great, just the front desk guy was very rude and very in professional . They need to inform the patients before they are being seen of any charges not after!!!!!!

Terrible dentist, rude, uncaring, do not go to him! Find any other dentist!

Right before they were to begin injecting the novocaine, his assistant firmly says,"I'm not going to lie. I'm not going to sugar-coat this....This is going to hurt, so I need you to STAY STILL! My 9 year-old went from being nervous to hysterics! I interrupted and told the woman that my daughter is extremely sensitive and tone is very important when explaining things. I told her that it's not what you say to my daughter, it's HOW you say it. Dr Picard removes his mask and says to me,"These people are very nice! You will not be in here for the tooth extraction." I should've left right then & there, but the assistant did change her tone & I was able to calm my daughter down. I had to sit outside the door and listen. My daughter did very well. I heard the doctor get firm with her at the very end. He said her name firmly and somewhat mean and told her to put her head back. I regret not leaving right then & there, but I unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt when I shouldn't… have. I immediately called her dentist & orthodontist to share this horrifying experience. They were both disgusted and her orthodontist said he would not be referring there in the future.
