Dr. Uros Zrnic, MD

Not only is he a great, well-renowned, and incredibly knowledgeable psychiatrist, but he also is a lovely person. I've been working with Dr. Z for years, and feel incredibly good about my goals and life post-every visit. He genuinely cares about me and takes time to understand my life and concerns. He doesn't just tell you things from psychiatry perspective, but brings his own insight into sessions and makes you feel comfortable and normal. He spends time to understand a patient's root stressors before prescribing medication, and also prescribes doses only as needed and according to the patient's concerns. The only struggle I have is with the receptionist. Some times it is really hard to get things thru to her. I hope that aspect of scheduling can be improved.

Our 16 year old daughter connects well with Dr Zrnic. He’s encouraging and solicits her opinion on her care, which makes her a much more compliant patient. He’s the 4th therapist she has worked with and the first to have real success.

Dr. Zrnic spends time with me! It was not write a prescription and go. He is more of a therapist that prescribes! It is not about money and how many patients he can cram in a day. If anything his schedule is always full! But so worth the wait.

This psychiatrist saved my life multiple times. He is kind, caring, and listens to everything you say, and even the things you don't say. I've never felt like someone cared so much and truly was concerned about not only if I lived or died, but my quality of life as well. He is not concerned with making the most money he can by getting you in, out and highly medicated. He will spend the time necessary to find the best treatment for YOU! Truly a God-send...

Dr Z really listens and understands the patients needs. He considers everything about your situation when diagnosing and treating you.

Our time with this doctor was a huge waste of time and money. He said there was no problem at all with our teenager. Since then, we have been through he'll, and I am again back on the web looking for another psychiatrist.
