I have been using beach smile dental for my dental care for a long time I've , Dr Parducho is great she takes her time to explain your options in terms of treatments.Staff are super friendly helpful and professional. Top notch facility and equipment. Highly recommend.

Dr. Parducho is AWFUL! 1. Tried to make an appt for routine teeth cleaning taking the last spot of the day. I was told that the last time for new patients is 2pm. No exceptions for any reason whatsoever. 2. So, I make an appt for my cleaning at 2pm . 3. I arrived at their offices at 1:55pm. 4. I put my name down and filled out their paperwork and was waiting from about 1:59pm. Right on time! 5. As I was waiting… and waiting… another patient walked in at 2:15. This guy says, “Hi, I am a new patient and I have a 2:30pm appointment!!!” Say what?!?! What happened to “no exceptions.” 6. Time passes and just before 2:30 I was called into the room. 7. I sat there and waited another 5 minutes before the doctor comes. 8. They start looking at my teeth, ask me questions and then starts selling me on gum treatments and various other procedures. I kindly say thank you, but not today. The doctor continues to review my teeth. 9. She then starts to talk to me about x-rays. I… choose to get them less often than every 6 months as my teeth are strong and don’t change much. She pushes for x-rays. I asked her if she received the x-rays I requested from my prior doctor. She said, “let me look” and after looking she finds them. I declined the x-rays and asked her to review those. 10. She looks at my teeth a bit more and measures one thing or the other. She says I have very nice teeth and then pushes for x-rays again. All sorts of good reasons to shoot my head with radiation despite having recent images from my prior doctor 11. I acquiesce, it had been 20 minutes and I still had not seen the hygienist . Finally, I get my x-rays and come back to the chair. 12. She starts to wrap-up with me and asks me to make a follow-up appointment with the front desk on my way out. “Oh,” she says “in 6 months we will no longer take your insurance so you will have to find a new dentist or we have plans so you can pay out of pocket!” 13. I just about fell about of the f-ing chair! But before I showed any annoyance I asked as nicely as I could… “when will I get my teeth cleaned?” She said, “oh, we don’t do teeth cleanings on the first visit!” Nice job, Doc! Got extra billing for x-rays I did not need. Made me book an appointment and wait for NOTHING! AWFUL. If there were 0 or negative stars you would get that in BOLD

I recently had a series of visits at beach smile dental in redondo beach and I'm really impressed with the level of service and quality that the clinic provides. I was under the care of Dr. Parducho who was incredibly thorough and explained every element of the work she was doing. The staff are very friendly and never had a problem booking me in or short term if it was needed. I highly recommend this place
