The only reason I've given this "medical provider" one star is because 0 stars isn't an option. My mom hasn't been feeling well and I made an appt for her to be seen. Please believe the negative reviews this provider is getting on different review platforms, because I've witnessed it first hand. She wouldn't allow my mother to explain what was ailing her, kept cutting her off, was very dismissive and disregarded her pain by saying, "oh, I've experienced that, it's nothing". Since when does a "doctor/ APN" compare themselves to their patients? She wouldn't even examine my mother until I asked her to, and even then she half- a** it. I got so upset I had to raise my voice at her and tell her that being dismissive of a patient's concerns is NOT ok. She had no answers, just a lot of "I don't know", "what do you want to do?" I could not believe these were her responses. She has no bedside manner, shows no concern for patients, medically clueless, and should NOT be in this profession. … Awful, just awful! I've never reviewed a medical provider, but could not let this one go. Beware! Optum (previously Riverside), please thoroughly screen who you hire...ESPECIALLY if you truly care about your patients.
