I just would like to start off by stating that if I could give this JOKE 0 stars, I would. This was the biggest waste of time and money I've ever spent on a doctor. She simply goes down a worksheet that has questions and wants you to briefly answer them. If you talk too much, she will tell you to "hold on" with her broken English. I cannot tell you how many times I had to have her repeat what she asked because her English is so broken. She obviously did not understand my situation at all because I left with a prescription that treats seizures (I've never had a seizure in my life) and a prescription for vomiting (I'm not puking, I'm an anxious mess). She obviously doesn't understand English either! She is also very judgmental. I have a rough past and I was very upfront about it. All I felt the entire time was judgement from her. I will NEVER step foot back in her office or Burrell in general. When you first walk in it appears as if the facility is clean, then they call you to the… back.... I didn't even want that blood pressure cuff to touch my skin. It was SO nasty. Also, the carpet is all stained and the chairs are stained and look as if they have been in a raunchy hotel and then Burrell tried to recycle them into their waiting area. Just worst doctor experience of my life. Bottom line. I read the one review on here and was nervous to go to this doctor, but I let it go and gave this doctor a shot anyways. Don't do it! I promise you that she is not worth the time or money. Find someone else that will actually listen to your problems and medicate accordingly. Disclaimer: all of the other staff such as the nurse and receptionist were super nice and treated me as if I was a person, not a piece of trash. I also want to add that the "doctor" was running behind and I waited for an hour and 45 minutes in that grungy waiting room.

Will not listen to the patient. Has an completely binary view of every situation: her way or nothing. "Do you want to take the medications I prescribed to you in the way I prescribed them or do you want to be miserable?" Verbatim quote. As though there is absolutely nothing in between. No thank you.
