Three visits with not ONE test ordered - nor ONE medication ordered and NO thoughts of what might be wrong with me. How could she know when she wasn't trying anything or doing anything for me...except saying come back in 3 months, come back in six months, etc. Never went to any doctor office where the first thing they told you when coming in - was how much you owed from your last visit! Filled out stupid form papers everytime - For What?? Doubt that she every looked at them, at least nothing was ever discussed. So after wasting six or seven months I am going to Dr. Miniter's office and they have done SO much more with only one visit, so much that I can not be upset with their cost; because at least I am getting answers.

I have Sjogren's Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, so I needed a rheumatologist with some knowledge. After vigorously jostling me around on a table, and a short interview, she told me that since my bloodwork came back negative for the antibodies for Sjogren's that I didn't really have it (even though I had a positive lip biopsy). Also that my dry mouth was being caused by me taking Lyrica and that I should stop taking it. She got upset (not kidding) that I had looked up things on Google, how dare I question her knowledge and experience - and we'll see ya in three months. She made me feel stupid, and that I'm not really sick. RUN, don't walk, hobble or gimp...RUN in the other direction from this one.
