Well knowledgeable doctor

I can not thank Dr. Cantu enough for his excellent care and expertise. He has delivered 5 of my children. And my last pregnancy were TRIPLETS. Because of his amazing care I was able to deliver at 8months. Which is excellent! I highly recommend Dr Cantu. He has tremendous knowledge and expertise in this area.

Dr. Took care of me with all my pregnancies was a great doctor always listened to my concerns, and any issues I had. I totally recommend seeing Dr. Cantu, he has a wonderful staff and the friendly service they provide is 100%. So anybody seeking a obgyn Dr. Cantu is the man to see.. ??

Awesome Doctor. He did my 3 c-sections, and one hysterectomy. No problems. Fast recovery. Very informative. Top of the line Doctor.

Very disappointed with the Dr. Had a csection and he never showed up afterwards to check on me.

Fabulous Dr and staff

I wait forever to be seen, but I never had any problems with bedside manner and courtesy of any office staff including the doctor. He delivered my baby and he did the job himself.

At Dr. Uvaldo's office the profesionalism ends with the recepcionist. The rest of the staff is rude and it appears they are doing you a favor for taking your business to their office. The manner in which they treat their patients reminds me of an assembly line they treat you like a product not a person. You can forget about asking questions no way they have time to awnser any doubts about your health, and if the great Dr. Cantu gives you five minutes of his valuble time consider yourself lucky. He is on some sort of power trip or something. Truly what terrible service I would never go back their again.

The first time I went in staff too busy to attend to me, they were gossiping, don't they realize the glass isn't sound proof. I asked if I needed to fill something out, they told me no and they'd be with me in a little bit. Shortly thereafter they called me in to collect copay. After 30 min lady at front told me i hadnt filled out the proper paper work. Then another 30 min passed and they called me in for vitals, nurse extremely rude,I asked why I needed a urine sample each time I was going to go and she said I just had to do it, doesn't she know there are other jobs out there where she doesn't have to have people skills? Atleast when I went in to see dr cantu he was very thorough. Unfortunately when I came out the collector told me If I didn't pay the full amount before delivery I would go immediately to collections, good way to lose patients. Needless to say I found new gyno and happy now, this was at weslaco office
