Dr. Uyen Nguyen, DO

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. At my first appointment, she seemed disengaged—yawning and rubbing her eyes multiple times, which came across as unprofessional. She told me she had submitted a referral, but after two weeks, it still hadn’t been processed. She is very difficult to get in contact with, so I haven’t been able to resolve the issue. She also instructed me to schedule appointments with other providers but didn’t provide any of the necessary contact information to do so. Overall, the experience has been frustrating due to a lack of organization, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior.

Dr Nguyen is very kind and caring, she always does everything she can to make sure that I am taken care of and that all my healthcare needs are met. She gives me all referrals that are needed and follows up on any lab work I have with personal phone calls to me herself. I’ve been very happy with her as my Doctor over the last 4 years.
