Dr. Devarajan is a rare example of what all dedicated physicians should be.

I trust him with my life. He is very kind and caring man.

Don't expect professional, proactive service from this Dr.s' office. From answering phones to followup on tests, staff is unprofessional and leaves one wondering why you pay these people such inflated prices. They give you the attitude that you exist for them and not the other way around. Staff is snippity, discourteous, unresponsive and disrespectful to patients. Dr. does not call with test results or followup on phone calls or inquires.

Had physical and no follow up. St. Charles office staff not very respectful - pushy, bossy and brash. They have forgotten that the patient is a customer not just another number. Had physical and asked specific questions that I wanted answers to. They never called with follow up. When I called to inquire three weeks later I was told that no word is good word and assume all is okay. When I asked same specific questions they could not answer and then told me they knew nothing about questions so 'it must be okay'. I was then told to assume all is okay even though they had no idea what specific questions I had. To date dr. has not follow up. His staff or whoever answers his phone are covering for him and bullshitting his patients. I am going to tell insurance company not to pay them. As far as I am concerned this dr. never even followed through on physical. What's a physical worth if the patient is never told the results. I didn't take physical for their sake, I took it for my sake. … Unbelievable. Guess I have to go overseas to get good service.
