Dr. Vadim Tsvankin

I went in after a shunt flow study to see if my brain shunt was working. It’s broken, so Dr. Eddy will fix it soon. He’s amazing!

Dr Eddie did my surgery a year ago and it was a complex surgery but he mastered it I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon I had no pain absolutely no problems when he was done with me recently I was hit by a car as I was walking as a pedestrian and automatically my mind went straight to paranoia about what happened and what's wrong and what's going to be wrong with my back but in the back of my mind I felt okay I was safe because I knew that I can always go to Dr Eddie and things would be better I thank him with everything that I have today thanks Dr Eddie and thank you for making things simple and easy to understand even though they're so complex you took time out and you always have to sit and disgust things with me and when you run into a problem you had no problem telling me that you were going to meet with your other doctors to go over a plan and that I like a lot because you're willing to be open and willing to hear everybody else's opinions on what needs to be done I thank… you that means a lot to me I know that I'm in trusted hands no matter what

Dr. Eddie is great. He is very honest with you but very caring. So glad we were referred to him as heartbreaking as it is.

He has a pleasant bedside manner and successfully performed my surgery.. I am very pleased

This is my 2nd visit to Dr. TSVANKIN'S practice. The first one two years ago was disappointing as I waited for an hour and was only seen by a Tech. I had to leave due to another appt. On Oct. 15th of this year, rhe wait was worse: an hour and a half. But I did see the Dr this time, and he was apologetic about the wait. My MRI results were good and he said "don't come back", Gladly! I never want to drive an hour to get to an appt, then wait another hour and a half to be seen. I was disappointed also that I didn't get a printed copy of my MRI report. I had to request It from Swedish. I am glad I did because the MRI contained another medical concern that Dr. TSVANKIN did not mention to me.

Dr. Tsvankin is a good doctor. His office, however, is so difficult to work with. Today’s virtual appointment never happened despite us having to pay a $50 deductible which we shouldn’t have had to pay since we have more than met our deductible. But they would not send us the link to our appointment until we paid it. They confirmed that they received the payment but we never received the link to the appointment. There seems to be a big disconnect between their office and their doctors/patient care. My husband is pending a fourth brain surgery with Dr Tsvankin. It is to replace the front of his skull. I wish their office was more helpful, efficient, and sensitive to patients’ needs. We are very frustrated. Zero stars for appointment and office. Five stars for surgeon.

Dr. Eddie is a brilliant neurosurgeon. His skill is extraordinary, but what sets him apart is his kindness, patience and sense of humor. He made a daunting experience feel manageable and even hopeful. His entire team is also incredibly skilled, professional, and compassionate. I'm deeply grateful for the care and support of Dr Eddie and his entire team.

Awesome DR and staff! Great communication and help with all questions. Easy to communicate too.

Wonderful doctor! Everyone in the office is especially nice as well.
