When Dr. Ferdowsian is with a patient, he always has his computer with him, and he translates his notes to someone at the other end that hears everything that is go on in the room. I was a patient of the Dr. Ferdowsian he was very professional and also saved my toe from being amputated. I thank the Dr. Ferdowsian everything he did for me. May God be with you Dr. Ferdowsian. Great Dr. really explains everything in detail and takes time to make sure you understand . Very friendly and good staff

Dr. Ferdowsian is now mainly at the Russellville clinic. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and an all around great doctor. I had never heard his name before my pcp sent me to his clinic. I really didn't think there were any good doctors left in Russellville that weren't ran by St. Mary's. I had been using specialists in Little Rock for years so I was a bit worried. However in my first visit with him when he was explaining what I was feeling in my foot and how the pain felt, better than I could! I was impressed. He looked at my x-ray and told me what happened before he asked me what happened or looked in my chart, and he was 100% right. I was told by other doctors to try P.T. and massage before surgery. He replied he was willing to do what I wanted to do but he deals with the same injures I had on a daily basis and not one time has P.T. helped. We asked several questions and he listened and answered. He also has a sense of humor a lot like mine. I like doctors who can joke… around and smile. My husband asked if it was your wife's foot what would you do? He said surgery because this type of injury will only get worse and if you walk on it the more damage will happen. He then said I don't mix words, this is going to hurt. The first 6 weeks you'll be cursing my name. When we ran out of questions he said I want you guys to go home think about it and come back in a month and let me know. We were back in a week. I believe this surgery made 16 surgeries I have had, so i had enough to know what works and what doesn't. I have demands before I consent to surgery anymore. Dr. Ferdowsian is the 1st doctor who did everything we discussed and kept his word 100%. The surgery I had is ranked #1 on several websites as the most painful surgery but really after the first couple of days it didn't hurt, as much as, not being able to be comfortable. Dr. Ferdowsian gave us his personal cell number and believe me the first 48 hrs after surgery I used it and every time when he texted or called me back and told me what to do, he fixed problem I had everytime. I know I woke him up at least twice but he was always courteous and never mean. My husband was convinced I was making him mad so I asked him at my follow up and he laughed. He said if you were bothering me I would tell you. That's the reason I give my patients my number so they can ask questions and I can help them feel better. How many doctors cell numbers do you have? What about surgeons? Like I said earlier I have had my share of surgeries and 98% of the surgeons would say if you have any problems call the hospital and talk to the surgeon on call. Who would usually tell you to call your surgeon in the morning since they don't have your chart they can't tell you anything. Can't wait till morning go to the ER. Believe me I have been through it. I, 100%, believe Dr. Ferdowsian cares about his patients, he listens and will tell you the truth. If anyone I know needs a foot doctor or especially a good surgeon I send them to Dr. Ferdowsian. The office staff, nurses and especially Mandy are the best. Great at actually returning calls quickly, answering any questions and if they don't know the answer they will find it and call you back. I don't believe I ever waited 1 day for a call back. Usually in an hour or less. When I go for my appointments I am usually in and out in an hour, even with x-rays. Don't go to Little Rock. Russellville has the best doctor I have seen in a long time!

Never had a problem here. Staff and Dr alike are all nice always get in quickly. Even knows what's wrong just by telling him my symptoms
