Dr. Vagharshak Mikhail Pilossyan, MD

Okay! Right now I am sitting at the waiting hall while I am typing this. Actually I have been here for 1 hour and 43 minutes after my appointment time. RIDICULOUS. My appointment was at 11 am and I have not been seen yet. And this is not even the first time. 3rd time here and always the same experience. Dr. Pilossyan is really amazing, however people working at the front desk, who manage the appointments are DISASTER. You feel like you appeared in old Soviet Union again. Random people are coming to the office and getting inside without even having an appointment. And when you approach and ask them when finally you will be seen by doctor, they simply reply - "sit and wait, we don't know exactly" I mean this is soooo disrespectful. They do not consider your time, your plans or anything.... 3 times here, all 3 times the same! I actually am still waiting to see the doctor in person, to tell him all of these and to show him this post. Then we will see if he will do anything to improve… this mess, otherwise no one will even come back here, no matter how good the doctor is.

i am not going back to this doctor,yes,he is nice and polite but...according to dr.Pilossyan,Meditation is the answer to most health issues,he can talk about it for hours and hours and wont listen to you,common doc,seriously

very good doctor, but the staff is complete joke, specially the front desk maral is very rude & stupid, if doctor would change his employees lot of us will go back to see him again, i love u doc!

This is the only place that I had to wait more than 2 hours once. Extremely unorganized office. They put you on hold and forget about you. Getting appointment is easy but useless, you still have to be prepared to spend the rest of your day there. Lost my file several times. Very disappointed and looking for a different doctor. Will not recommend. Doctor himself is very good but the office is horrible and he should completely change his office personnel beginning with receptionist ending all nurses.
