Dr. Vahid All Atabakhsh

I would give a zero if I could. I was referred by the South Center Bright Now to come see Dr. Vahid Atabakhsh in the Olympia location which is over an hour from my house for a root canal. The South Center team referred me for a root canal after they had already taken X rays yesterday while I spent almost 2 hours in the office. I was told to go to the Bright Now in Olympia. I show up on time and they tell me that there is another one I need to go to. I was never told of another location by the referring location. So I drove 10 Minutes to the one off of Martin Way, wait 20 minutes. Get sat in the back for 20 more minutes fro Dr. Atabakhsh to tell me, “yes you need a root canal but I can’t do it today because I have to go to lunch.” So I waited and waited AND referred to him for a Root Canal, I already knew I needed for him to tell me too bad, lunch is more important than the pain you are in. Also I am leaving for a wedding this weekend on a plane and wanted to get… this done before I left. I am in THE WORST pain and taking time off of work for him to tell me that lunch is more important than a patient who drove over an hour, waited another hour and by the way is in front of him already laying down ready for the root canal. The worst part is his smirk, and “what are you going to do about it” attitude. As I was leaving he walked out behind me with his regular clothes on and left. Absolutely shocking and I won’t be coming back to BrightNow Dental again.
