Dr. Vaidya R Selvan

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Dr. Selvan's office. Not only was the cleaning rushed and incomplete (my teeth barely felt cleaned afterward), but the office also mishandled insurance billing, leaving me with an unexpected bill for subpar service. A proper dental cleaning should leave your teeth feeling fresh and plaque-free—mine did not. The hygienist seemed hurried, skipped areas, and did not perform a thorough job. When I raised concerns, I was brushed off. To make matters worse, the office failed to bill my insurance correctly, resulting in an unfair charge for services that should have been covered. Now, I’m stuck paying for a cleaning that wasn’t even done properly in the first place. This is unacceptable. A reputable dental practice should prioritize patient care and accurate billing—not cut corners and pass the cost onto the patient. I strongly caution others to seek a more competent and honest dentist. I will not be returning and will be… disputing the charges. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
