Dr. Valentin Augusto Ferro

didn't finish the job the first time,then wanted more and more money.

I started seeing Dr.Ferro around February 1, 2017 due to a horrible toothache. I've always been extremely picky about my doctor's! I expect the Dr. to be kind and friendly along with the staff! I arrived at my appointment a little late thinking the staff or Dr. would be upset and of course with good cause. To my surprise they were not!! The 2 women upfront were nothing but nice and extremely caring as they noticed I was in extreme pain. They gave me some forms and let me know they were letting the Dr. Know. I get extremely high anxiety going to the dentist and this day was the worse!! I didn't even have time to finish the paper work when the assistant ca me to get me. He had a patient already, but allowed her to start x-rays and ask questions. She had told me that I may have to move rooms because I was in another appointments spot and that it may take a moment. About maybe 8 mind Dr. Ferro came in and he was awesome! He told me who he was then went over the work I needed. We discussed… everythinget! He even told me that he could try and save my horrible decayed tooth but also told me the truth that there is no guarantee. That got me right there! He told me even after spending 3k I could still loose my tooth. Knowing that I needed 9 0f my top teeth crowned I told him thank you for being honest. He then ask me what happened because my bottom teeth are really good, 44 smoker, and that my some of my fillings were missing. Long story shorter lol, I told him that I'm a domestic violence survivor. My x husband had me beat up 2 times and I took a direct hit to my upper jaw and nose. He was just so nice! It's gonna take me a few months but he is working with me. I also had some dental insurance. I've had a temp dental bridge on my upper left 4 back teeth and I was already missing 1 he went and no charged it. Before he began pulling my tooth he could tell I was jumpy and gave me a pill to calm down. He ask me a lot if I was in pain. Over all this is the best dentist I've ever been to. I had already went to 2 others and by far he was the best!! The staff and assistants were amazing too!!!

Dr. Ferro is so down to earth, made me feel like he cares about me as a person, not just one of a million patients. I had lots of questions for the treatment coordinator, and she took her time to guide me through the process. Thank you Dr. Ferro for my new smile!!

My experience was excellent. The staff was very friendly and made me feel right at home. Dr. Ferro took lots of time to explain my dental problems, consequences of not fixing my teeth and then options of how to fix the problems. I was very very pleased with the experience and will return to get my dental work done. Highly recommend this dental office to all my friends!!
