Dr Ugolini is the best doctor I have ever had! She is highly qualified and spends time with each patient. I feel so lucky I was referred to her!

I don't know why she is gone, but not good for Methodist. You lost one of the best qualified cardiologist in Houston. Hope she goes somewhere else. Her patients are looking for her.

One of the most caring Dr’s there are. We have gone to her for 32 years +++. She is like part of our family. Will be anxious to see where she goes. We want be far behind.

Her lack of respect for geriatric patients has shown through her lack of even the most basic medical care. Instead of finding what was causing the cardiovascular problem, her lack of professionalism and laziness was grossly apparent from adding one drug after another and another until she finally had 5 blood pressure medications on a geriatric otherwise very healthy patient. The last straw was adding one more to make it 6 meds, the last one over the phone, obviously not cking the medical chart and administered one the patient was severely allergic to causing damage to the brain. Even w the horrendous carelessness, she wouldn't return the emergency calls, hospital calls, the family calls and still to this day doesn't have the human decency to talk to the devoted husband dealing w the devastation of her malpractice! Her disciplinary action should be to suffer the same consequences, horror, alienation and loss of family that she imposed on an innocent patient. Her selfish, egotistical and… pathetic example of a physician is why so many patients would rather die than go to the doctor now.

Dr. Ugolini is not only a very good physician, she is warm, attentive, takes time to listen and allows ample time to ask questions. She made me feel like I was her only patient. I have sens her around five or so time and she is consistent.

Your wait time may be long, but so worth the wait. Dr. Ugolini is very thorough and you feel that you are never rushed out of her office. I had recent surgery and took my Dr. Ugolini report with me and the surgeon and the antithesis were both amazed by her thoroughness with me. I know I am in good hands with her.

Love the Doctor. Hate the wait-over an hour on most visits. On the last two visits I saw an assistant and did not see the Doctor because he (the assistant) told me that it would have been an additional one hour wait to see the Doctor.
