Dr. Valerie Dawn Callender

Face to face, the staff is awesome! The physicians and PA are outstanding! However, the phone service is extremely frustrating! Average phone wait time is approximately 15 minutes...with intermittent recordings of "you're next" about every 2-3 minutes. At no time during my 15 minute phone "hold" did I ever get a "human" on the phone. After the 15 minute wait, I was informed, by a recording, "The person I was trying to reach was unavailable. Please call back."

I have been going to Dr Callender for years for various things. My most reason experience with the staff wasn't as pleasant as has been in the pass. The staff now was not as pleasant. The Doctors and staff in back was excellent.

I saw Dr. Callender years ago for skin issues and it was a good experience. I decided to go back to her to try the CoolSculpting procedure. After the first procedure there was NO CHANGE! I told them I was not pleased and actually wanted to discuss getting my $1500 back. I later received a call from Dr. Callender directly. She apologized for the procedure not working and told me how much she believed in the product. She told me that she really thought she could help me and that she would be willing to schedule a second and even third treatment if necessary. So I went back to sit through another hour procedure. Months later and still NO CHANGE!! I've called over and over to speak to Dr. Callender to no avail. The staff will not return my calls and I'm going to take a day off work and just show up. I don't feel that I should have to go through all of this as an unsatisfied client, but I don't have a choice. I really hope they see this because I will never recommend the CoolSculpt… procedure or Dr. Callender at this point.

I have attempted to patronize Dr. Callendar on THREE occasions but I will never go to this office again. The office itself is absolutely GORGEOUS but the consistently LONG wait is absolutely ridiculous. Then, after waiting forever, I have never actually seen the doctor. On each occasion, I have seen a physician's assistant. Her office is in my community, so I really want to patronize the establishment but this is not my idea of acceptable service. Clearly, she has all the patients she needs, so I will not burden her by continuing to come.

The office is beautiful, the front desk staff was very polite. The medical assistant was very nice and the Dr. was nice and knew her "stuff"

Dr. Young was super nice and made my son feel very comfortable. If my son is happy, I am happy.

First I had to wait two months to schedule an appointment. Then I got there and to wait 1hr and 15 min to be seen for less than 5 minutes. I decided to try it again and when I got there, I was the only patient in the lobby, so I figured I would be in and out. I guessed wrong. I was called in the back after about 10 minutes and then I sat for almost an hour in the room. I finally went and asked the nurse how much longer before I would be seen, and she said the doctor would see me in a few minutes. She then came in with a nasty attitude and told me to make an appointment with another doctor if I couldn't wait. She didn't even tell me to follow up after that visit to see if things were better. Then to make things worse, when you try to call to get a prescription refill, no one answers. You leave a message and no one calls back.

Customer Service is awful! Waiting time is too long! I will never go back!

She really took care of my skin disease.

Nothing much to say about the doc. But that staff is awful get read of them. They are to immature they more like high school girls with a attitude
