Told to inhale steam from colloidal silver. Colloids don’t evaporate, they distill down.* Friday before Christmas I had two chocolates, she texted about heart attacks and cardiac rehab. I have been seeing Dr. ValerienDonaldson since 2009. I have noticed a steady increase in my wellbeing over time. She has a very observant sense of patterns and looks deeper than symptoms. Her goal is to set up a productive natural treatment plan, not a pharmaceutical drug. What I appreciate is her reliance on medical data to support what she hypothesizes and the treatments she recommends. Seeing someone like her demands that I take responsibility for my health, meaning that I have to follow through with recommendations and see what the data shows over time for her and my next steps. She constantly trains and studies and discussions with her are always remarkable and helpful. She gets to the point and takes times with me too. I like her staff. Vitamins deliveries are prompt and I can usually get an appointment within days, especially if it is a quick phone consult. Thank you, Dr. Donaldson!

She helped me through nutritional counseling, integrative medicine techniques, and teaching me how the body can heal itself. I attribute my continued health to her wise counseling and care. She is an extraordinary physician.

Dr. Val's office NO LONGER takes any insurance! The major carriers refuse to use add her as a network provider. For patients that ALREADY established with her you will now pay $150.00 to see her for 1/2 hour!!!! What a shame. I really found her helpful but I will not allow the stress of trying to pay for her visits to cause me mental and physical distress.
