Dr. Valerie Jean Duerr, MD

Very pleased with her services. Very straight forward does not beat around the bush. Explains when you don't understand something. Tells you the pros and cons and helps you make a decision on your health you are satisfied with.

My family has been with Dr. Duerr's office for 17 years. The person who does her billing is the worst customer service provider I have ever come across. Mean and rude on the phone. Threatens to drop us as patients over small bills. Eventually she did have us dropped as patients, over a bill that was paid! Dr. Duerr would not even return call after all those years. I would not recommend the practice due to uncaring and rude staff.

Made me feel comfortable and I hate going to the doctors. Wait was a little long but other than that I would come back for sure

I have been a patient of Dr. Duerr's since she started her practice. She is a wonderful, kind, and caring doctor. I would highly recommend her. I trust her completely.

I have been a patient of Dr. Duerr since I was a child, 17 years ago. A medical mess of a patient, she had a laid back way of keeping me from coming unglued, and keeping my mother from worrying. She has never hesitated to send me to a specialist vs. toying around at the expense of her own ego (like other docs can do). At age 28, she still treats me with the same compassion, calling after hours to check on me at my worst, and going out of her way to see that I'm receiving the best care.

Listens well, considers patient needs, and throws in a little medicine, too.
