Dr. Valerie Ann Hadam, MD

This is my first visit. My appointment was at 1:30 I got here at 1:15 it's 2:10 no doctor

I've found Dr Hadam to be a terrific physician. No, sometimes she doesn't sugarcoat information, but I wouldn't want her to! I have never felt rushed during an appt and all my questions are answered. I've had absolutely no problems with her support staff - they've all been terrific.

As soon as my paperwork was complete, my name was called in less than 5 minutes. We spoke at length and was not rushed at all. I went to her for a second opinion and she is a bright and mindful Dr.

Dr. Hadam and nurse Rochelle are great. The receptionist however is loud, rude, abrasive and obnoxious. Also she openly gossips and everyone in the waiting room can here her. Keep in mind that first impressions can be lasting. No body wants to go to the doctor. It doesn't make it any easier when your greeted by the receptionist with an attitude.

Let me start off by saying I think the Doc is great. I was diagnosed with Diabetes and she was very thorough with everything. She has a great sense of humor and cares about her patients. I travel from NJ to OH just to see Dr. Hadam I don't trust anyone else.

I found Dr. Hadam to be an outstanding physician. She is knowledgeable, prompt, precise, and friendly. It is rare that you find physicians that display her level of dedication and passion for their craft. She is an asset to University Hospitals and I would recommend her without reservation.

My appointment was at 2:30pm. I arrived at 2:23pm. The receptionist asked for my insurance card on 3 different occassions and never asked for my copay payment. At 2:55pm Dr hadem called the receptionist to see if I was in the office. When Dr hadem entered the patient room, the first thing out of her mouth was did you get lost and why are you late? I was shocked. I had no idea that it was the patient's responsibility to let the physician know when they arrive. She was dressed more like a hippy than a professional. I was not impressed by her bed side manner, appearance or her diagnostic explanation. I will not be going back to her.

Dr Hadam is a great doctor!
