I just started seeing Lenox last year. I'mm pretty young and a tad overweight, so I'm always expecting no one to listen to the severe conditions I have. But not with Dr. Lenox. She listened to everything I was concerned about, my past and made no judgement about it. With her care and referrals, I've been helped more than I have in years. Highly recommended.

After filing a complaint to Memorial Hospital , I received a form letter from DR. Lenox's office dropping me as a patient. By the time I received the letter I had already notified other governing agencies as well. They are currently reviewing my alleged Patient Rights Violations. " Denying a patient's request to have his spouse present during a Doctor's Visit". As disabled Seniors, My wife and I are each others primary caregivers and have giving signed authorization to Dr. Valerie Lenox's office prior to our visit as such. However, we were never told about her policy until we went into the exam room. We are currently seeking another Physician who values a Patient's basic rights and welfare.

We got a form letter in the mail stating she dropped my mother as a patient. No explanation. We contacted office manager and she was rude, and of no help what so ever.

I love her bedside manner. She is so easy to talk to and is a great doctor for someone like me that likes to use natural remedies whenever possible.

I highly recommend Dr. Valerie Lenox. She has impeccable bedside manner and is VERY thorough all while being very reasonably priced. Her office staff is very friendly and helpful. I was referred to her by other Doctor's that were caring for me after an ER trip, and she absolutely lived up to her reputation when I got to her office. I've never had a physician take so much time trying to understand my ENTIRE "health picture", if you will. I'm very lucky I found her...
