Dr. Valerie Jean Payne-Jackson

By far the best Gynecologist I have ever seen. Caring, compassionate, helpful. She and her staff have helped me when I have struggled with a physician (outside of their office) to understand a diagnosis, or an abnormal test report (from an outside physician)

Before going to Dr. Payne-Jackson, I seriously hated going to the OBGYN. Since being a teenager, I was totally turned off by my past OBGYN. This person was not gentle, curious, and simply was not a pleasant person. Although this doctor was also my mothers doctor, I felt that most physicians probably gave the same vibe and was careless and thoughtless. Long story short; years later, a friend suggested that I go to Dr. Payne-Jackson because she was gentle and was very informative. I did not know that gentle and OBGYN could be within the same sentence. Because I was a virgin in my twenties, I figured that I would face my fears and schedule an appointment with her. I am grateful that I have found such an extraordinary doctor within the Oakland County area. Thank you Dr. Payne-Jackson.
