Unprofessional. Disorganized and forgetful and displayed childish behavior over a miscommunication that affected a prescription. Turned a small incident into a larger one by calling me just so that she could tell me she couldn't let it go and argue why she was in the right. I was amazed that a professional could not let a miscommunication go and felt the need to defend herself. I received a letter from Dr. Relacion a year later saying that my chart was being closed because of "noncompliance with treatment and follow-up recommendations." I had gotten no phone calls asking me to make an appointment and no follow-up recommendations whatsoever. I've been seeing a new psychiatrist in that time. The letter was signed by hand. I can understand a letter telling me that my chart was being closed, but this was insane and worded with clear resentment. I would never trust someone who could hold a grudge for a year to treat me for my mental health.
