Dr. Valerie Rubin provided excellent care for my 13-year-old daughter. She thoroughly assessed my daughter’s medical concern and took the time to be careful, thoughtful, and comprehensive in her evaluation. We especially appreciated how promptly and clearly she followed up through the patient portal—her detailed feedback was reassuring and easy to understand. Dr. Rubin was professional, attentive, and clearly invested in her patient’s well-being. I would highly recommend her to other families.

I have been bringing my son’s to Dr Rubin for years. I find her to be very observant. I find that in certain extreme sport injuries, she makes sure to use all the tools at her disposal to ensure that the child is healthy and whole.

On a three year check, recommended my son for evaluation for autism. Didnt have the courtesy to offer my wife a tissue while she was crying her eyes out. After 2 months of stress the evaluation showed no ASD, not even close. Also her printout showed his BMI above 80%, which was a typo, and she didnt have the simple awareness to look at him and know that hes quite thin. We paid out of pocket for another check the next week at scripts, and the doctor their said she disagreed with the ASD evaluation, though we continued to do it. His BMI was also 38%. Dr. Rubin is obviously very smart based on the schools she went to. I simply think she's in the wrong business. Perhaps she has issues and was preoccupied with something else at the time.
