Have had to call 5-6 times to get them to call in an ultrasound- also they called me and asked info that was already in the chart… get it together people very sad, I am switching- also Dr. can be demeaning at times and unaware that it’s insulting or maybe not. Either way, no thank you.

I have literally never met a doctor who is more rude, condescending, or dismissive. And, unlike a previous reviewer, I didn't find her "intelligent" - just impressed with herself. I walked out of the appointment and will go elsewhere.

I switched to Dr. Small after reading great reviews on her and I was not pleased with her as my doctor. She rushed the appointment I had with her and she didn't let me ask any questions. I tried asking a question but she was already out the door. She is a very intelligent doctor and seems to know a great deal, but her bedside manner lacks. I felt like I wasn't given any time as a patient of hers, and she didn't want me challenging her diagnosis. I recently switched to a new doctor.

Dr. Small just not just treat the physical symptoms..she also treats the whole patient. If you have any issue, she addresses it in a caring, compassionate manner. Her treatment of my daughter was very caring and took the time to talk to her on a one to one basis. I would follow this doctor forever.

Set to have test done. She does not get back with results.If you call she said there was nothing wrong in test.Spends time with you but is combative if you ask questions that challenge her actions. Favorite word when you express your response to the way she treats is "miscommunitcation". Her office is on Durham Rd in Guilford not Boston Post Rd
