HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Never would recommend Dr Voss. Horrible bedside manner. Rude, judgemental. Don't be fooled, first office visit she pretends she cares, after that it's a horrible. She lies. Refuses to return your calls,ignores anything you tell her, does not care about her patients. She acts like your a huge inconvenience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, worst Dr I have ever seen. She needs her license taken away, she's no Dr.Doesn't follow the hypocritical oath, she is going to hurt someone

I saw doctor Voss for a couple years. I often felt like she didn't believe my concerns/issues and thought I was making things up. She also made me come in excessively when part of our plan was to find the right medication. She'd make me come in every time just to ask for the new one. It got frustrating and I felt like she was not looking out for my best interest. Additionally, she'd prescribe me a medication and multiple times would call after I'd left to tell me there was an interaction with something else requiring another visit or me to come back.

Took her 4 weeks to sign a handicap application. then makes it a temporary Instead of permanent. Her staff is not helpful at all.

This is a terrible review for Dr. Voss. I filed a grievance with Humana. I was a new patient. Starting with my wait time in setting an appointment was 2 weeks, while I was 40 minutes early on the day of my 9:30am appointment, Dr. Voss was 55 minutes late of my appointment time. I saw Dr. Voss at 10:25am. I fasted for blood work but I never got past the first 5 minutes of meeting Dr. Voss and going over my medical history. From introduction to the medical history Voss was in a sour mood, to the point of looking at me and talking to me as if I was lying about my history. I asked Voss why she was looking and talking to me like I was lying. Voss said she had to ask about my medical history. I said yes you have to ask about my medical history but why like you are doing, you are acting out towards me that I am lying. Into another minute of this I told Dr. Voss she was not for me. Dr. Voss said since you say that ... I am also saying that about you and Dr. Voss left in a huff to another… room. I was left to leave by myself but on the way out I knocked on the door that Voss left in a huff to and asked of Dr. Voss for my $5.00 copay back. I was refused a refund. Within 10 minutes I was notified on my cell phone of an email from Dr. Voss - Dr. Voss removed me from Dr. Voss online registry at 10:39am. Worst experience of my life, my time was wasted, I had no blood work and no prescription refills to say the least and at the most - STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE! I filed a grievance with Humana

I don't even know where to start. Dr. Voss is by far the worst doctor I have ever been to. The entire office is a joke. The receptionist has no idea what she's doing (though I'm sure this is merely due to a lack of training), she constantly sounds like she is completely overwhelmed and in distress. When I call the office, whether it's to schedule an appointment or ask a question re: medication, etc., I get put through to voicemail 9 out of 10 times. I've left messages multiple times and even spoken with the medical assistant who has said "I will talk to Dr. Voss and call you back" and sure enough, they never call me back. I've sat in my room waiting to see Dr. Voss for over a half an hour while she and the MA stood OUTSIDE my room gossiping about a previous employee. I know this because the walls and doors are paper thin. They can never fit you in when you need to get in, but they make you come in for countless follow-up appointments that are unnecessary. I had bloodwork done and… after calling several times and leaving messages, no one called me back with my results. I called and asked for a referral to a dermatologist, and no one ever called me back. I called re: an infection that I had been to the ER for (they told me to follow up with my PCP, and after it got worse, I called Dr. Voss), you guessed it, NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I'm not sure how you can run a doctors office and NOT call patients back. I recently went in for a follow-up that I thought was unnecessary to begin with (but that's just more $$ they can bill me and my insurance for), only for the receptionist to tell me that my insurance was REJECTED. After spending over an hour on the phone with BCBS, they confirmed what I already knew: Dr. Voss' office had made a mistake because NOTHING had changed in my coverage and everything on their end was perfectly fine. The woman from my insurance company put me on hold and tried calling Dr. Voss' office to explain that nothing had changed with my eligibility, and she couldn't get through and they NEVER called her back. I don't think there are words to describe how completely unprofessional and incompetent these people are. I can't understand how they are still in business. If you are searching for a new doctor, KEEP SEARCHING. Choosing Dr. Voss would be a horrible, horrible mistake. Trust me, I would know.

I should have known right off the bat that this would not be a good fit for me I was the only one in the office it was not lunch time and I waited 1 hour 5 minutes in the waiting room alone I waited another 35 minutes in the exam room when she finally got there she seen I was educated very quickly com me down I do like her demeanor as a person she is wonderful as a doctor she is horrible she is not very thorough for as I went for a physical all she did was listen to my heart and lungs tap on my abdomen ordered blood work and women tests and sent me on my way. it took 4 weeks to get my blood work results back and one of my women test back then she called me back into the office to go over my results which she conveniently charged me and my insurance company $255 for tell me some disturbing news referred me to another doctor to where I spent thousands between me and my insurance company just to find out the diagnosis she gave me was WRONG!!! you would think after 4 weeks of waiting for… blood work and results from a woman's test that you would check to see if the test you receive back we're actually the patients you were calling. when I explain this to her office staff they didn't care all they wanted was the $255 for the office visit so she can tell me the wrong results needless to say I'm filing a malpractice suit against her in the lab so that I can get my money back that I spent for her misdiagnosis she needs to go back to school and learn the basics do not go to her find someone else as nice as she is she's a horrible doctor

Dr. Voss is great! She takes her time with you and really works to find a solution to what's ailing you. Her staff is really nice as well and are very polite and responsive when I call the office. It's amazing these days that you actually get to talk to a person and not a machine! I totally disagree with a couple of the other reviews...she has been one of the warmest, most understanding docs I've seen...I highly recommend Dr. Voss, her staff, and beautiful spa-like office.

The office itself makes you feel comfortable due to it's cleanliness and set up. The staff is very sweet. Dr. Voss is very nice, efficient and trustworthy. I've never had a problem getting medication, making an appointment or receiving a call back.

The office is beautiful very spa like. Dr. Voss was wonderful! She is the first Dr. I have gone to in 9 years and really enjoyed my experience.
