Dr. Valerie Joy Vullo, MD

I am so grateful and so blessed to have found Dr. Vullo. Any time I see her she really listens my issues, she takes me seriously even one time when other doctors told me "it was nothing to worry about." She spends the time it takes to get to the root of problem, she is super smart, and I can tell she really cares about her patients. I never feel rushed or that my questions are stupid. As a result, she has diagnosed me correctly every single time and has helped me get completely better. There is no doctor I trust more than Doctor Vullo.

Dr. Vullo is a kind, compassionate physician who provides patient-centered care. By that I mean that she sets realistic goals and actively encourages patients to participate in the decision-making process as well as the therapeutic process. She fosters buy-in by establishing good rapport with her patients from the first contact. She takes the necessary time to do a thorough examination and explains her findings directly in a clear and matter-of-fact way. She makes recommendations and always asks for feedback. She gives straightforward answers to my questions and, when appropriate, she is willing and open to discussing options. I always feel that, while she may have other issues on her mind, she is very focused on my concerns because she listens carefully and maintains direct eye contact during our conversations. I have a lot of confidence in her and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent physiatrist!

Dr. Vullo's treatment plan was very personalized, effective, and affordable. You can tell she loves what she does and is motivated by her work, not to mention she is extremely friendly and does a great job listening to her patients and explaining her treatment. Highly recommended!

There has not been an issue I've walked away from hestitating both Dr. Vullo and her secretaries' ability to work in the medical field. Both their professionalism exceeds my expectations.
