Dr. Valerie Zarcone, DO

Unprofessional. They never called in my prescription and there is no way to reach a human by phone; you have to call and leave a message. When the nurse called me back she yelled at me and then hung up on me! I haven't been able to get a return call since. The visit itself felt like all they do is referrals to specialists - they don't do annual exam paps and charge a copay for the required followup call to get your annual exam results. I now can't get my results sent to a new doctor or my needed prescription! I'm flabbergasted by this terrible experience/treatment by medical professionals.

I've had a very negative experience with this doctor. She's brash and rude and does not know how to communicate with patients in a kind and caring way. Why (and how!!) she ever became a doctor is a true mystery to me, and I have no idea why any of her patients stay with her. I deserve much better, and if I can't find better, then that is very sad indeed.

She is the WORST! She waddles in the room and you will wait an hour minimum for her to abuse you. She misdiagnosed a sternum fracture & although I don’t need referrals, she refused to certify me for an ESSENTIAL surgery! If you enjoy abuse go to her, if not RUNNNNNN! Her staff is awesome but she thinks she’s OZ!

Smoke and Mirrors - she should retire - doesn't really care - big pill pusher, you can do a lot better.

One of the very few Doctors that is truly dedicated to her patient and trusting in her decisions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone with my life .

Waiting time is unacceptable, not just once, but every time, others come later and get served first, appointment times mean nothing. a real shame

Dr. 'Valerie' has been my Primary for 27 years. She remembers things about me from years ago with great recall. She is quick to refer to specialists if there is any question about a condition. She works tirelessly ! Truly an "old-fashioned Doctor in a young body" !!! A pleasure to have a Physician you can trust- that is knowledgable and up on all the latest medications and procedures !

Can never get through on the phone. Wait time is ridiculous. Sitting in the shabby waiting room subjects patients to icy blasts in winter as there is no foyer in the office. Bathroom is behind locked door; don't drink coffee before your visit. Test results are left on answering machines without details and no one but the doctor can explain them, even is by some miracle you reach them on the phone. Would be well served by moving to a more modern facility, hiring more staff, reducing amount of patients and reducing wait time substantially! Time to spend some money Val.
