A huge thank you to my surgeon Valeriy Shubinets for my recent appointment! As always, the visit went wonderfully: from the very first moments, you feel that you are in safe hands. Dr Shubinets was very kind throughout my visit. I had been to the center in the past with Dr Moore for various surgeries, who had retired. I was a bit concerned to start with a new Dr.. However, Dr Shubinets after reviewing my file, was reassuring , very caring and review next steps if relief did not occur after first injection for a new Trigger finger!

I went in to Dr Shubinets on 1/28/26 for injury from a fall. Dr Shubinets was very cold and Snappy and unprofessional I had to ask him was he going threw anything. Because the way he was speaking to me made me feel very uncomfortable and disgusted. Dr Shubinets blatantly came out and told me I was getting old and he didn't care about the lives i was saving at work He even went to say if I can't perform my duties at work I need to find a new job. Then he goes on to say he's tired of seeing me for the same issue. No Dr should ever speak to his patients in that manor. Im trying to get back to work full duty but i also have hundreds of people lives in my hand driving for Metro. And his response was very disturbing.

Dr. Shubinets was amazing and a great doctor.

Dr. Shubinets explained clearly what is happening and my options. He was prompt and organized and seemed on top of my case. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful and competent in my opinion.

This isn't my first visit, and the staff is always friendly and attentive! Dr. Valery Shubinets is a top-notch professional! He restored my left hand, which was damaged by arthritis! I'm incredibly happy and grateful! Without a doubt, I recommend it!

I actually broke both of my wrists within months of each other. The first one was a common break but complicated because it broke in 3 places & required surgery. I first saw him on a Monday and had surgery that following Friday. He took the time to explain everything to me answered all my questions and his assistant was also very accommodating and always took the time to help me. The second wrist did not require surgery, thank goodness. But he and his staff took excellent care of me both times.

He was knowledgeable but I felt rushed and did not get a chance to ask further questions. VERY UNHAPPY with my one and done visit at this practice

Dr. Shubinets office was very friendly and efficient, quick check in, staff was friendly and Dr. Shubinets was nice and explained everything about my recovery.
