Dr. Valora Calves Legaspi

I was extremely disappointed to see that Dr Eva is apparently no longer with the office. I was assigned to the new Dr. Legaspi & while did like her, better than the elder Dr Legaspi I miss the fantastic dental care I had been receiving from Dr. Eva.

Instead of talking to me about potential dental problems, she spoke to a family member. If I had wanted to enlist his support, I would have called for help. When she identified a problem, she focused on it and did not complete the cleaning process. I felt uncomfortable asking questions and clarifying what the process for fixing my teeth would be. Instead of taking my questions, she forcefully insisted that her methods were a part of her devotion to professionalism. She could have misunderstood me. So I kept on asking my questions until I felt I had gleaned all I could get. Since I had no experience in the proposed dental service, it was disconcerting. Her office staff and receptionist, however, though busy, did their best for me. I have been to the office for years, and this was my first experience with Dr. Legaspi. All the other dentists were great. It may have been just one bad day.

I needed a deep cleaning, which she didn't check my gums to know that. I went to another dental office that care about their patients.
