Dr. Van Quang Tran, DO

I've been a patient here for about four years and felt I've gotten good enough treatment when I'm in for a visit but when calling this office, I feel complete frustration. The automated system is designed to give callers the runaround. Today I've tried close to 20 times and after following the recording's instructions, I'm either disconnected or told "mailbox full", then disconnected, no matter which selection I make and I've pressed all the buttons by now, not just the one for billing. Ten days ago I was able to get a human, left message about the billing error but no one has returned my call. This is the only reason I can't give this clinic a higher rating. I've already explained this problem directly to Dr. Tran when I was in for last exam. It would probably be healthier for me to just find another doctor instead of developing such unhealthy frustration each time I need to speak to someone here.

Dr van was very helpful and so was the staff.

I have been with Dr. Tran for a long time. He is a really good doctor. He takes time with me and is very easy to talk to. The nurses were good at one point of following up. However, some of the new nurses don't follow up with a phone call with lab results.

completly ignored my questions and concern

Saw Dr.Tran a month ago. He ordered blood tests and a CT scan and I STILL cannot get the results despite calls to his office and emails to him. I did some background work on him and no follow up is his history. Will now have to see a REAL doctor and go thru all these tests again and pay again.

I have been seeing Dr. Tran for probably over ten years now and have been pleased with my office visits with him. I have also seen Melissa Johnson and have nothing but good things to say about her as well, she truly listens. Also, I must mention Kristen. When there was some confusion regarding one of my medications and the pharmacy wasn't able to give me any answers (was it discontinued or backordered or what?) I spoke with Kristen at Dr. Tran's office. Kristen went above and beyond to take care of the issue and I am truly grateful.

Doctor is fairly good, friendly & caring, but his office staff is very, very, very disorganized, lazy and sloppy. Requires MULTIPLE phone calls to resolve prescription refills, test results and billing.
