Dr. Vanaja Rani Kethireddy, MD

Dr. Vanaja Kethireddy is a terrible OBGYN. If you need someone to run a yearly PAP smear, she is your doctor. If you need a doctor that is capable, compassionate, and intelligent, Dr. Kethireddy isn't it. During my yearly physical, she put instruments and her fingers in me without my consent. If you look at other reviews online, you'll see I'm not the only on she's done this too. She is awful. I wouldn't wish her on an enemy.

She has ruined my life forever. Im 51 and needed a hysterectomy because of my fibroids and heavy bleeding. I left the decision up to her to either leave my overies or remove them if i still needed them. I never did research but she said i was close to menopause and done with child bearing there was no need to keep them. A year later after a full hysterectomy along with Overies removal my life has changed forever. I still need hormomal patches and it feels as if my body has aged tremendously. Bottom line is. It is important you Keep your overies. You still need them for hormomal purposes. Dont let any doctor take them out unless you have a high case of developing cancer. If i can save one person from going thur what im going thur right now. I hope i can.

Rude, doesn't listen.

This doctor is not friendly. I would not recommend her at all. She is arrogant and very rude; doesn't listen, just ignores comments and talks over you.

As a healthcare professional & concerned family member, I was appalled by her bedside manner. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Kethireddy and her staff we're extremely kind and professional! My appointment was quick and Dr. Kethireddy took the time to answer all my questions. It was a great experience and I look forward to have Dr. Kethireddy as my doctor for years to come!

Dr. Kethireddy was awesome during my 2nd pregnancy in 2017. She always addressed my concerns and never made me feel silly. When I was in labor, i almost didnt make it to the hospital, when i arrived, Dr. Kethireddy ran to be at my side and helped me deliver a healthy 7 pound baby girl. She even came to see us before we were discharged from our stay. So grateful to her!

My baby is now 8, but when I was pregnant I was so paranoid about everything. I used to google every pain I had, and that's that I already had 2 older children, I don't know but I was so worried that something would go wrong. Well dr. Kethireddy always did her best to calm me down and even gave me her cell phone number at one point saying "do NOT look online anymore, if you have a question just call me." when I went into labor, she was not the Dr on call that night. I let the Dr there know that if possible I'd like to wait until MY dr got on duty to deliver (the irrational pregnancy brain). Dr. Kethireddy went into work 2 hours early because she said she saw that I had check into labor and delivery and had a feeling I was going to hold that baby in! haha it's funny to think of now, but I'm so grateful to her. My sisters, my oldest daughter who's now 22 and several friends now see her too.

When I initially went to Dr. Kethireddy my first doctor's appointment was very uncomfortable. She went in said hello and immediately started my annual check up. She did not bother to speak with me, get to know me as a patient, NOTHING. The bed side manner was horrible. It always felt like my opinions meant nothing to her because if I asked the slightest question in regards to what was going on with MY BODY she made it seem like I was stupid or wrong for asking. I googled and found more information in regards to what was going on with ME than the information I received from my own doctor. That was not ok! Not to mention that every single staff member that works for Dr. Kethireddy is just SO HARD to get a hold of. Left tons of messages and never received NOT ONE follow up call. So recently, I have switched doctor's and I LOVEEE my new doctor! He has managed to fulfill all of my needs and concerns in a matter of one month. Something Dr. Kethireddy couldn't do in the whole year I was with… her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
