Not bad for colds and flu shots. Poor diagnostics and long-term treatment plans.

The two assistants are pretty nice, but the doctor herself is incredibly rude and disrespectful. She kept patients waiting in the lounge for long time even though we had appointment. Once I crossed a wrong letter on my medical file, she immediately yelled at me "What are you doing! Now I have to do everything again!" By *everything* she means rewriting her signature and the date on the form, although she ended up doing nothing extra and just returned my form with my crossed letter. She is too disrespectful to be a doctor.

I scheduled for this provider through the United Healthcare Nurse Line. At the time I had an ongoing skin condition that I had been in urgent care for 3 times and they suggested I seek out a PCP to look into the condition more. I was given a diagnosis of eczema and dermatitis by two different urgent care clinics and they said a PCP could confirm that. I was able to get in to see the provider within a week which was amazing to me as many had 4-6 week waits. When I arrived at my appointment I was checked in on time and sent back to the exam room where I had to wait about 15 minutes for my provider to show up as she got caught up with another patient. Now.. I would be more understanding of this if I felt she spent time with me as I think bedside manner is a great thing for an MD to have. Not the case. She was friendly enough however I do not feel like she listened to what my issue was. I was advised that living in the PNW, many people have and deal with this condition and it is… nothing more than dry skin. She said she didn't know what kind of eczema I had, that she couldn't confirm the diagnosis and that maybe I should see a dermatologist. Her advice for me? A long walk after dinner. No joke. I have no idea how a walk after dinner is supposed to help with eczema or dermatitis, I do however see how it may help with the fact that I am overweight. That is not what I came in for though. I was floored. She did not scrape my skin to see if I had any mites or scabies. She did not check me for allergies. I had red welts from hands to elbows and from feet to knees and she wants me to take a long walk after dinner?! Wow. Needless to say I will not be returning. And if anyone who is overweight is thinking of seeing her for something other than just being overweight, I would advise against it as she may not provide accurate treatment for your issue.

Dr. Bindal is very knowledgeable. I had been to other doctors and they were not able to correctly diagnose the problem. She throughly examined me and other drugs i was taking. Her staff is amazing too.

She seemed about average to me. She spent a lot of time with us. I would not at all say she is bad, but she would not be my first choice.

I was thinking that maybe my bad experiences with her was unique. Based on the other reviews, I am not alone. She is very hard to understand but that is not really an issue. She is very distant, un-caring and rude. She does not listen to me. And when she does listen she either dismisses as insignificant, or worse, doesn't believe me. I am looking for another doctor even as I write this. The one good thing...the staff are WONDERFUL!!! It's as if they know how she is and are trying to compensate. I would NOT recommend her to anyone.

She diagnosed me with diabetes a little over a year ago. Not once has she given me any information about diabetes - I got it all through online research on my own. Not once has she put a stethoscope on me, despite my complaint of chest pain. Not once has she looked at my feet. Not once has she examined me at all! Just writes prescriptions and orders lab tests. Wait 45 minutes for her, then she spends 10 minutes with me, most of it reading through my file. She has no people skills and is not a very thorough physician. She doesn't treat the whole person or even do the basics in a checkup. I'm not satisfied, and I don't feel my insurance company should be paying her full fee since she doesn't give full service.

Dr. Dindal is very hard to understand because of her Indian accent. She rarely makes eye contact. She over prescsribeds medication for senior citizens especially prescribing a heavy duty muscle relaxant alont with pain medication, she put my mother in a stuper and tehn said what do expecet for her age. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to see her. Office staff is great.

I have never been so disssapointed with a doctor in my life. I've got diabetes and they don't provide me an email address to send my glucose levels, will not provide me a fax #, and have mis-diagnosed me so many times and prescribed me meds that I didn't need. Office is old an run down, Dr. Bindal could care less about what I tell he and I can BARELY make out what she says due to here severe Indian accent. Now I hear that I need to go somewhere else to get my labe work done. OVerall bad experience and wish there was another diabetic doctor close and that cared about it's patients.

Can I give 0 stars? Office staff is great. Dr does not listen and has an "air of superiority".
