Dr. Vandana Dhawan, MD

Dr. Dhawan is very intelligent, caring & a beautiful woman. She takes time to listen to my health concerns & did not seem annoyed or rushed. I feel that she cares about me & my overall well being. She is very kind & knowledgeable about medicine & health.

Saw this doctor several times and all they did was keep adjusting the pressure on my cpap. Do docs get a kickback or something when they get patients to buy a new cpap? This was my 3rd sleep doctor and they ALL push push push buying a new cpap, even though mine was in like-new condition due to infrequent use. Bedside manner was just meh. She wouldn't even shake my hand. I just got a stiff fingers straight out "handshake". Anyway, enough rambling. Several appointments and a lot of money later, I was given a sheet of paper which had obviously been copied 100s, if not 1000s of times, that instructed me to go online and download a CBT (Computer Based Training) for insomnia. Very unprofessional. It's been about 2 years since I last saw this Dr. and I still have the same sleep issues I went to get treated for.

I never even saw this doctor. I saw her staff and nobody ever followed up. Felt like I was on a conveyor belt, just another number.

I was assigned this Dr as my PCM last year but had never gone . recently tried to make a New patient appointment because I hadn't seen her yet and was told that she isn't accepting new patients, funny as she is my new PCM. and not only that but I am out of a major prescription and was told that they could give me names and numbers of other drs in the area, and that will not help me with my insurance because my actual PCM has to do a referal for me to see someone other than her. guess I will be changing my Dr yet again because of ignorant people that can't get things strait in the system. DO NOT RECOMMEND ( I wouldn't give this a star but won't let me submit a complaint unless I do)

Excellent care from the minute you are greeted by the front desk staff until you walk out the door. Dr Dhawan is very knowledgable and can explain everything in simple terms. Her entire staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the process of treating a sleep disorder is as easy as possible. Questions are answered and calls are always returned.

I have been going to Dr. Dhawan for almost 2 years now. I had my sleep study and all follow ups done here. Never had a problem with her or her staff. Billing is always ontime. Outstanding care.

I called several times to get follow up after having CPAP usage submitted. They just don't call back. Asked to have sleep study faxed to me. Said they would-didn't. Had to do all the preliminary insurance work myself. Even the insurance company was surprised.
