Summary
Vanessa received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Slippery Rock University. Prior to that she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from the same university, with experience working in wellness and personal training. Vanessa started her Physical Therapy career with UPMC Centers for Rehab services in Western Pennsylvania working in the hospital on an inpatient rehab unit. She later transitioned within the same company working in an outpatient clinic seeing orthopedic and neurological patients. Vanessa is one of our amputee specialists for the network and has worked with amputees since she was in high school. She also specializes in vestibular, neurological, and post-concussion rehabilitation. In her personal time, Vanessa enjoys outdoor activities and cooking with her two kids and two boxers.
