Dr. Charette is excellent with my daughter. She is caring. She listens to us and she actually gets down on my daughter's level and talks to her. She always calms my daughter's nervousness about being in the doctor's office. She takes time to make sure we understand what and why they are doing what they do. I would definitely recommend her for someone who is looking for an excellent pediatrician.

I have never had a problem with her she is an amazing dr my kids went to her for the longest and she knew exactly who we are by name and face! i wish they still seen her but i work for a pediatrician myself so just easier to bring them to my job but we miss her

Wonderful doctor. She is super sweet, listens, and has lots of compassion. Such a blessing we found her!

Went in for a simple case of pink eye...waited for over 7 hours. She was in the room for only 7 minutes (I clocked her). She sent over the prescription and wouldn't you know it, it was screwed up. I will NEVER go back to her office again! Nice doctor, but the system in place was TERRIBLE.
