Vanessa Cumber is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor (LMHC, LPC) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She is committed and passionate about working with adults and couples to help them work through their unique challenges and barriers and to also help them achieve more quality and fulfillment in their lives. Vanessa specializes in anxiety, marital and relationship issues, major life transitions, life adjustment difficulties, and trauma. Vanessa completed her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Palm Beach Atlantic University in Florida. Her supportive, collaborative approach to therapy, along with her experience, allows clients to feel safe and capable of moving toward change. Vanessa utilizes multiple treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solutions-focused therapy (SFT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing (MI).
