Dr. Vanessa Marie Dufault-Schiller, MD

The very most incapable,unpleasant, unhelpful doctor I have seen in 70 years of care! She gave me a inaccurate diagnosis and left me hanging in my most desperate need of medical emergency.

I am a new older patient with many orthopedic, medical issues. Doctor has a keen mind, lots of knowledge and intuition behind the usual mask of many medical providers, showed curiosity about my measures to keep myself healthy.

Hour late. Rushed my appointment and didn’t help me at all. Said she would come back and sent in her nurse to tell me she wouldn’t be coming back as she was with a new patient. Ended up in the er later that night for problems I went to see her with. Very rude.

If you want to wait 2 hours for somebody to tell you how smart they are and talk about themselves this is your gal. Oh, and her diagnosis.....completely wrong. So thankful I went to get a second opinion. Also, don't ask her nurse to do anything. She'll complain and act like you are unworthy of her time and nothing will get done. Huge waste of time and money.

Was very rude to me. Made me feel like I wasn't worthy of her time. When voicing my concerns she scoffed and walked out of the room. Her nurse was just as rude. Be sure you have 1 to 2 hours to wait for her as well.

Dr. Dufualt was surprisingly negative and arrogant. She did not inteoduce herself, and made many assumptions about me while looking at my medical history. Was not genuine, and didn't seem to care about my emotions (or health). She was blunt, arrogant, and very unrelaxing. She did not smile, and did not even try to connect in any matter. She was not personable, and personally made me feel guilty for things I should not feel guilty about. I was seeing her for the first time since I needed a new primary doctor (my previous was a pediatrician since I was under the age of 18). I will not be seeing her again, for she altered my mind into a bad mood. After waiting very long, she was so quickly spoken and seemed rushed that I felt as I was wasting her time.
