Dr. Vanessa Maria Hagan, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Hagans for a long time and there isn’t anyone who comes close to her. She is the most kind,understanding, best doctor I have ever met. She goes out of her way to make sure that you are better and won’t stop til you have an answer. She has even visited me while I was in the hospital for something that didn’t even have to do with her. I wouldn’t trade her for the world!

Very thorough and caring

Dr. Hagan is a great doctor she is very concerned about your overall health, she has been my families Doctor for years and we love her! She is a doctor that cares and doesn't see you as an insurance bill but as a person with real concerns.

Dr. Hagan is a rather AWESOME physician. I left the Chicagoland area for 18 months, returned and went back to her; she picked up right where she left off at. What I can't understand is why she only accepts cash/check forms of payment. I signed up for an employer Flex-Spending account for medical purposes only and according to JANET, not accepted. Janet is a piece of work.

Hands down best doctor out there. Janet is a little rough around the edges but she really is a sweet woman.

There is one woman on the staff who doesn't seem very happy with her job. She is not polite. She claims to have so much to do that she cannot cash payment checks for 2 months. Dr. Hagan is wonderful once you get past this sarcastic employee.

Dr. Vanessa Hagan is very compassionate. Her Receptionist Janet is terrible. Get better staff.

V. Hagan may have been a decent doctor. However, her receptionist is less than desire. Her receptionist sounds rude and hard to work with whenever she is on the phone whether when one requests to speak with the doctor or for whatever inquires one needs to contact the office.
