Hi I'm Vanessa. I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science. I became a PCOS specialist after my own frustrating experiences during my diagnosis and early days living with PCOS. I’ve lived with PCOS for over 15 years, and I know personally how this condition can affect your quality of life. I can promise that working with me will be a supportive, safe, positive, and hopeful space.
