Dr Vanessa Moore listens and is so helpful. I would definitely recommend her.

I wish i would’ve read the reviews before booking with her. After 2 years of not seeking help, i decided i’d finally do so. After being misdiagnosed years ago, i tried so hard to explain to her everything that was going on. She called me a liar, she told me my research was inaccurate. At one point i tried to tell her the meds i’ve been on and didn’t want. she said to only tell her the ones i’ve been on, and when she started throwing random meds at me i told her i didn’t want those and she said “well you never said that” ?? that’s because you didn’t let me! Once she heard “bipolar” that’s the only thing she focused on. I was here for DEPRESSION. It was like she wanted to purposely not listen to a word i said, when she actually let me speak. She cut me off multiple times and i could barely get a word out. how do you diagnose someone when you don’t let them speak? Finally she said “well just get a second opinion since you’re declining everything i say” this is why we don’t get help

I told her exactly what drugs I didn't want to take, she then proceeded to prescribe them anyway.

I attended an evaluation, told I would receive medications within a timely manner and set up with a follow-up appointment for two weeks later. More than a week has passed, and I still don't have the prescribed medication. No correspondence has been made on her part to remedy this problem. I will not be attending a follow up with her, especially due to her evaluation not doing my prognosis justice.

The best psychiatrist that I have ever seen.

I recently visited with Dr. Moore via doctor on demand. I have a psychiatrist but he does not evaluate for ADD. The entire reason for my visit was to obtain this eval for school. I saved over $200 for this specific reason and it was not money I had to spare. She completely disregarded my reason for the visit and focused all of her questioning on bipolar disorder for which I am already under care. Not a single question about ADD. COMPLETE waist of time and money.

I like her professionalism. Always courteous and friendly. Doesnt make unnecessary med changes like many doctors.
