If you're a veteran, I recommend Dr. Rodenberry. I used her office to get an evaluation with another doctor who was also great to work with and saw Dr. R for therapy. They know what they're talking about when it comes to PTSD. Staff's efficient and returned calls quick. Dr. R is very good

I can finally sleep. I've had insomnia for years, since my last back surgery and it's gotten in the way of work now so I knew I needed to do something. I tried three different medications and they helped some but didn't fix it. My doctor suggested I try therpay and I admit I was skeptical because I tried a lot of things over the years already. I expected it to take a long time too, but I was surprised it would only take about a month or two. I can't believe I'm typing this, but I'm sleeping through the night. I did something with Dr. Roddenberry called CBT-I and it worked like a charm. I wish I'd known about it before but I'm really grateful to be able to fall asleep now. I feel like a new person. If you have insomnia, it's totally worth it. She made everything clear and I felt like I was in good hands. I also really appreciate that she was so kind. I was cranky a lot of the time at the beginning because I was so tired but she is literally the most patient person and I can tell she… really wanted to help me.
