Dr. Vanessa Urbina, MD

I had a very concerning and unacceptable experience with Dr. Vanessa Urbina. From the start of the consultation she repeatedly spoke over me, raised her voice, and did not allow me to fully explain my concerns. I felt completely dismissed and unheard the entire time. When I tried to clarify my symptoms and what I was looking for in terms of medical help, she continued interrupting and failed to provide any meaningful guidance. The only “solution” offered was to take vitamin D and a multivitamin, which did not address my condition at all. When I expressed that I was seeking real medical help and was not satisfied with that response, she abruptly disconnected the call and hung up on me. That level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from a healthcare provider. Instead of trying to help or resolve the situation, she told me the only option was to request a refund and find another provider. I would not recommend a doctor who seems more focused on collecting payments than… actually helping patients, only to end up suggesting basic vitamins with no real evaluation or solution. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and honestly concerning, and I strongly advise others to consider a different provider.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. I’m diabetic and have been off my medication for 10 days because she can’t seem to send my pharmacy the right prescription. I’ve called 4 times and the pharmacy has called 6 times trying to get this right. She sent over the wrong prescription 4 times! This is boarder line incompetence and I’m sick of it. She also talks over you and barely lets you get a word in during appointments. I’ve already made and appointment with a different doctor but someone needs to check her license.

Run away! She is the absolute worst doctor I have gone to, doesn't prescribe the right medication. Been calling her for 3 weeks straight to fix my prescription and no answer so far. It's been 1 month and 2 weeks and still haven't received that phone call!! The staff she works with are incompetent they see a patient struggling calling every week and don't help.
