Dr. Vanessa Veve, MD

I was Dr. Veve patient up until she left to be on the Staff at Florida Hospital and turn over her patients to Dr. Corzie who I was not happy with her care and left that practice. Dr. Veve was the best doctor I had since I came from upstate New York. She took all the time I needed and answered all questions. Ran all test that was needed. Never had a problem getting appointments. Wonderful bed side manner along with excellent medical advise. Haven't found another primary doctor since she left the practice and wish deeply I could have her back as my doctor.

The best doctor there ever was

I have nothing but positive remarks about Dr Veve AND her staff. I have followed her from Bruce B Downs Location to the Lutz Location. He is Very caring, spends as much time with me as I require, never rushes me, and her staff have always been pleasant. I really don't understand any of the negative comments. I have recommended her to several of my friends, and they just love her.

I just got off a phone call with Dr Veve where she immediately raised her voice to me, constantly interrupted me, cussed at me, lied continually throughout the conversation. When I would repeat her contradictions to her she would continually yell. Can't believe her lack of professionalism. I'm turning her into the Fl Board and Florida Hospital. Never have I been treated in this manner by a physician. I was shocked. She was referred by another physician. I should of known she was bad news when I called for an appointment and was available the whole next day.. Huge Red flag!

I too am surprised by some of the previous comments. It sounds as though most had to do with the staff and not her, which may likely be out of her control (she does not own the clinic). As a physician, she is a breath of fresh air in an area where the physicians are mediocre at best. She is knowledgeable and thorough. Her bedside manner is also excellent. It is hard to get an appt with her, I presume, because she has so many patients and only so many hours in the day. I highly recommend. Oh, and as for the comment about Dr. Veve not visiting someone's mother in the hospital and not showing sympathy to the son's satisfaction, I don't see how that's relevant at all to her ability as a doctor. People just have strange expectations. If she visited everyone in the hospital (and I'm sure there are many) she wouldn't have time to eat. Anyway, she's great in my book.

I am surprised at the rude comments made about Dr. Veve here. I found her and her staff very courteous. Considering her heavy work load I was happy with how prompt she and her staff was. She was very knowledgeable and I really liked her. I will look for her at her present practice. There has to other reasons not under her control for your dissatisfaction of her. In my book she is a great Doctor.

Unpleasant, rude, discouraging office staff. They are all so rude, even the newer ones. They make you feel EXTREMELY unwelcome and you know they are talking about you behind your back. They don't even try to hide it. And if you want to get an appointment with Veve herself? Don't even bother. Even the PA she has working there is rude and also makes you feel like you are a waste of time and unwelcome and will refuse to see you. Never had doctor's experience like this in my life. Find another doctor. She is not worth it.

no problem getting first appt. unable to get 2nd appt when ill after 4 phone calls and 2 weeks

First time appt. was with her, but after that is difficult to see her - appts. are suggested with Nurse Practitioner. Hard to get someone with medical background to call when there is a problem.
